The Government First Grade College, Kanyana, is a long standing demand of the people of this locality. The dream come true only in the year 2014-15 with the Government of Karnataka sanctioning a First Grade College to Kanyana. Now the college is functioning in The Government Pre-University College building and they provided building for us. The College Development committee headed by the local MLA worked hard for the sanction of this college. Kanyana is located in 60km from Mangalore.
